AB999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AB999 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and payment services available at ab999.cash. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an AB999 account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AB999 does not permit any person under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information AB999 requests for identity verification.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended AB999 account. Each player is permitted a maximum of one account on the AB999 platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or for any commercial or professional betting operation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an AB999 employee in a role connected to platform operations, odds setting, or game management.

AB999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method linked to your account. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion of the process.

3. Your Account

Your AB999 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. AB999 will treat any activity conducted using your credentials as having been authorised by you.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
• You must not transfer, sell, or assign your AB999 account or any balance held within it to any other person.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact AB999 support immediately via live chat or email.
• All account balances, bonuses, and earned rewards exist solely within the AB999 platform and have no monetary value outside of it unless successfully withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.
• AB999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and processed in PKR.
• AB999 reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have shown no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior notice will be sent to the registered mobile number before closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

AB999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount on AB999 is Rs 200.
• All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. AB999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your AB999 account balance in real time in the case of Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in cases of processing delays.
• AB999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• AB999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact AB999 support immediately if you believe an incorrect amount has been deposited.

5. Withdrawals

AB999 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests from your AB999 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit to your AB999 account, or to a verified bank account held in your name.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 1 to 2 hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.
• AB999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawals. Fees applied by your payment provider are outside AB999's control.
• AB999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to CNIC, selfie verification, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, or if there is an active security review on the account.
• AB999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and conduct an account review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus terms, or match betting.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

AB999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as these general bonus terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to your AB999 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real money funds when both are present in your account simultaneously.
• AB999 bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, abuse of promotional mechanics, coordinated betting activity, or any form of bonus manipulation will be forfeited and the relevant accounts reviewed.
• The AB999 Refer a Friend programme operates under its own specific terms. Referral bonuses are credited once a qualifying friend completes registration and makes their first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. One referral bonus is paid per unique new player introduced.
• AB999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions that have already been triggered and are in progress will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of triggering.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states they can be. Players may only participate in each individual promotion once unless stated otherwise.

7. Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and will not be changed retroactively.
• The minimum bet on any single AB999 market is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed within each betting interface.
• AB999 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, where an obvious pricing error occurred, or where there is evidence that the event was manipulated.
• In the event of a PSL or other cricket match being abandoned, shortened significantly, or declared a no-result, AB999 will apply the relevant settlement rules for that competition format as set out in the PSL Betting section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. AB999 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match at its discretion, including in response to significant match events or data feed interruptions.
• Esports betting markets on AB999 are settled using official results from the tournament organiser. Results obtained through disqualification or forfeit will be settled as losses for bets placed on the disqualified side.
• Any winnings derived from a bet placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to those bonus funds before becoming withdrawable.

8. Casino Games

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Any form of money laundering, including using AB999 to obscure the source of funds or to move money without the intention of genuine gaming activity.
• Using AB999 in connection with any illegal activity under Pakistani or international law.
• Accessing or attempting to access AB999 systems or another player's account without authorisation.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with AB999 games outside of normal human play.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not occur under normal play conditions. Any such winnings will be forfeited and the bug reported to the game provider.
• Coordinated or syndicated betting activity intended to manipulate markets or exploit promotional structures.
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward AB999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

AB999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. The following circumstances may trigger a review that leads to account action:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through AB999's responsible gaming tools.
• A third-party request from a recognised gambling harm authority or legal authority.

Where an account is closed following a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at AB999's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player through their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their own AB999 account voluntarily may do so at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons can be set up as self-exclusion periods of between 30 days and permanent.

Game content provided by third-party game developers remains the intellectual property of those developers and is licensed to AB999 for use on the platform. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution of any game software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Privacy & Data Protection
